Publisher & contact

Starport is published by Starport LLC. Product website: starportwallet.com.

For support and business inquiries, email starportwallet@gmail.com. For privacy requests, use the same inbox with Privacy request in the subject. Never include a recovery phrase, private key or wallet password.

Your wallet on this device

Starport stores encrypted recovery material in your browser profile and uses decrypted signing material during an unlocked session to sign locally. Local data also includes account labels, addresses, preferences, approved site connections, transaction references, and transfer-recovery records. Optional API keys and custom RPC URLs are stored in browser storage separately from the encrypted wallet vault.

Network requests

Wallet features contact blockchain RPC providers, indexers, price services, token-metadata services, and swap or bridge providers. Depending on the feature, these requests include public addresses, token identifiers, quote amounts, destination addresses, transaction identifiers, or signed transactions. The receiving provider can see your IP address and connection information. A custom endpoint receives requests for the network you configure. A service API key is sent to its provider when required.

Services present in this build include CoinGecko for prices and display-currency estimates; chain RPC and indexer providers; LI.FI, XDEX, Jupiter, Circle-related bridge flows, Warp, and configured exchange/bridge providers. Optional Unisat and TronGrid credentials support their associated features. Actual providers vary by route and enabled configuration. The publisher must finalize a provider inventory and link the applicable provider policies before release.

Connected applications

Websites request wallet access and signatures through the extension. Review the requesting site and the information shown before approving. You can disconnect sites in Settings. Disconnecting a site does not remove blockchain transactions or revoke token allowances already granted on-chain.

Public blockchain records

Broadcast transactions and resulting blockchain records are generally public and cannot be deleted by Starport LLC. Sending funds, interacting with contracts, or bridging can connect your public addresses and activity across networks. Self-custody does not mean anonymity.

Retention and removal

Local wallet and recovery records remain in the browser profile until removed. Back up your recovery material and review unfinished transfers before removing the extension through your browser. Uninstallation does not move assets, delete public records, or request deletion from independent providers. Requests sent to third parties are subject to those providers' retention practices.

Before this policy becomes effective

Starport LLC must supply legal bases where required, verified retention practices, user-rights request procedure, and confirm the provider inventory and linked policies. The publisher must verify whether any production logging, analytics, support systems, or additional SDKs introduce data flows beyond this build. Store privacy declarations must match the final implementation.
